Questions and Answers1.Why does it take so long for the parcel to arrive?2-4weeks?
-I place order with a local middle man,he/she has to go through his/her supplier frm oversea to get stock,delivery from oversea takes around 2-3weeks.Hence,it takes up some times.
2.Why are your bags so cheap?
Well,I want to attract more customer mah. =p Dont worry la,the price is cheap but the quality of the bag is good.
3.Is the quality good?Will they look way different from the pictures?
However,every pictures have been touched up,so colors may look slightly different from the pictures.Anyhow,you will get the same design as you see from the pictures.=)
4.Will closing date postpone?Absolutely no postpone,unless the response from customer is low and I can't hit the minimum order quantity,25 pieces. Then postpone will be considered.
5.What if I miss out the closing date and I wish to continue with my order.
You may join the coming up spree.Hopefully you wont miss out this time. =)
6.When do I need to make payment?
To avoid customer backout,I have set a new rule.You need to make your payment after three days of confirmation,right after you submit your order to me.
7.What if the bag I want is out of stock?
Refund will be given.Dont worry!!
8.I don't like the bag I ordered,can I return it to you and get back my money?
Obviously,a no. =) If you wish to resell your bag to other customers who are interested,I can help you with that.
9.I want to COD at Subang area,PJ area,whichever area that is not stated,can ar?
So sorry dear,we do not COD at any other area besides One Utama.
10.I pay half first can a?Then I will pay you the other half when I get my item.

11.What if my bags get missing during delivery?
This situation hardly happens, to ensure you receive your goods,we will provide you with a tracking code.You may check it through online
